Description
A modern apartment by the sea, just 70 m from a beautiful sandy beach and 100 meters from the centre of Marzamemi, a truly picturesque fishing village. Here you will find a harbour with colourful fishing boats, a promenade with delicious seafood restaurants and pizzerias, and a large square where Sicilians enjoy evening strolls.
Casa Cinzia is approximately 65m2 and is located on the 2nd and last floor of a building with no elevator (about 30 steps). It boasts a balcony overlooking the sea and the small stone dike in front of the house.
Thanks to a sliding door as big as the whole living room, the sea is clearly present in the flat. There are a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet and a living room with dining table, air-conditioning, lounge and open kitchen.
Recently Marzamemi has become a popular destination for Italians who enjoy the combination of the area’s natural beaches and the vibrancy of an authentic coastal village. The village has many restaurants, pizzerias and shops selling delicious local products such as locally caught and processed tuna and swordfish and the famous cherry tomatoes from nearby Pachino.

The location and the view are priceless.
Amazing location, right in the heart of everything! The apartment is super comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. I loved how easy it was to get around. The only problem is that the AC is not located in the rooms, so we had to keep the doors open at night. Pino was very responsive and he helped with the parking for a week for just 50 euros/week. Overall, great place!
L'alloggio di Giulia, così come si evidenzia nelle foto, ha una splendida terrazza sul mare. E' decisamente il punto forte della casa, che ha ambienti più piccoli rispetto a quanto si possa immaginare guardando le immagini. Il bagno e le stanze avrebbero bisogno di una maggiore cura. Il check in è stato facile, la persona incaricata ci ha spettato e ci ha accolto con nespole appena raccolte e una bottiglia di bianco tenuta in fresco. La casa è a pochi passi dalla piazza di Marzamemi, comoda anche per la presenza di un parcheggio poco distante. Marzamemi in questa stagione è splendida, ancora pochi turisti ed è stato quindi possibile godere sia dell'incantevole centro che delle spiagge della riserva di Vendicari. Alloggio consigliatissimo
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Marzamemi. Mitten im Ort aber nicht inmitten des abendlichen Trubels rund um die Tonnara. Die Wohnung hat einen der schönsten Blicke auf das Meer, ist modern eingerichtet und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Pino und Martha waren als Ansprechpartner jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Internet, das sofort gelöst wurde. Wir kommen gern wieder!
Ein sehr schönes Appartment mit netten Gastgebern, Blick aufs Meer und Nähe zum wunderschönen Ortskern von Marzamemi, Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Einziger ärgerlicher Punkt war das, dass WLAN die ganze Woche nicht funktionierte, obwohl man uns bei der Ankunft zusicherte es würde repariert werden. Da ich normalerweise im Urlaub immer 1-2 Stunden am Tag arbeite, da ich selbständig eine Firma leite, hat mir das Fehlen einer Internetverbindung etwas Stress bereitet und einen noch volleren Schreibtisch bei meiner Rückehr ins Büro.
Wir hatten als Familie mit 2 Kindern einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und alles war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Terrasse zum Meer ist wirklich ein Traum. Toller Sonnenaufgang jeden Morgen. Trotz der ruhigen Lage sehr zentral zum Ortskern mit allen Restaurants und die tollen Strände in nahegelegenen Naturschutzgebiet sind auch nicht weit mit dem Auto (10-15min). Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen, sie hat unseren Sizilienaufenthalt bereichert!
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, wie auf den Fotos! Alles unkompliziert und sehr netter Kontakt zum Gastgeber! Marzamemi und Umgebung ist sehr schön mit tollen Stränden, Restaurants und allem was das Herz begehrt!
Beautiful apartment, very clean, comfy beds and a short stroll to the square for eating and drinking. Marzamemi is a lovely place to stay with beaches near by. If you want a really special day at the beach head to Lido Morghella. €25 per person for a sunbed, umbrella and towels and a free drink! The staff were a delight and the food and cocktails were delish. Also a life guard who kept a good eye on the children. A long drive but worth seeing are the mosaics at villa del romana. Take a trip to Syracuse, Noto and Ragusa! My only niggle was there were no spare bin bags, or washing up liquid or cloths and only one toilet roll for 3 people for a week and the refuse collection is very complicated! But apart from that a super place to stay and terrific sea view???? Parking is free in the first part of the carpark as you turn right out of the apartment on the raised marble bit. The bit to the left with chains you have to pay €5 a day.
Una vista meravigliosa. Ci hanno accolto gentili e puntuali. Appartamento curato, vicino al centro ma in zona tranquilla. È la mia prima esperienza Airbnb e sono molto soddisfatta.
Lovely, comfortable apartment. Simply furnished and fitted - with stunning views over the sea. Moments walk into beautiful Marzamemi square with all its restaurants and cafes, and no more than 10 minutes walk along to the beach.
Ontvangst was vriendelijk en op tijd door de dochter van de lokale beheerder. Het appartement ligt vlakbij een heel gezellig stukje Marzamemi met veel restaurantjes. Het was voor ons de eerste keer op Sicilië en we bleken nogal veel noordelijk te gaan voor uitstapjes dus het was behoorlijk veel rijden maar dat doet niks af aan het appartement. Boodschappen doe je het beste bij een grotere supermarkt in Pachino. Marzamemi heeft naast een piepkleine Coop eigenlijk niets bruikbaars dat open is. Bakkertje om de hoek heeft lekkere koffie (er is naast een percolatortje geen koffiezetapparaat) en beperkt brood voor een wat Hollandser ontbijt... Met het afval is het een beetje gedoe. We hebben totaal geen probleem met afval scheiden maar de containertjes zijn piepklein, overal zijn zakjes voor nodig en iedere dag is het ophaaldag voor weer een ander soort afval. Niet iets waar we actief mee bezig (willen) zijn op vakantie maar gelukkig was het geen probleem om het resterende afval achter te laten, daar werd geen probleem van gemaakt. Appartement heeft twee airco's maar voor ons was ramen open eigenlijk prima, lekker dat geruis van de zee 's nachts! Jammer dat de warmwatervoorziening het de laatste ochtend begaf. Frisse douche en niet meer kunnen afwassen (er is geen vaatwasser). Wil je ergens kunnen komen dan heb je zeker een auto nodig. Eigen parkeerplaats is er niet maar met een beetje geluk kun je vlakbij gratis parkeren.
Supert opphold med topp beliggenhet. Verten svarer raskt og er behjelpelig for at du skal ha det best mulig. Anbefales. Vi var en familie på fire som bodde der og hadde en perfekt base for å oppleve Sicilias østkyst.
Appartamento ben posizionato rispetto al centro di Marzamemi e con splendida vista dalla terrazza sul mare, impagabile! L'alloggio e' ben arredato e spazioso, veramente comodo! Siamo stati accolti da Pino in modo cordiale e simpatico. Ci si asperebbe pero' una minima dotazione di base tipo spugnetta e detersivo per lavare i piatti, sapone per lavarsi le mani o una moka che permetta a chi soggiorna di potersi fare un caffe'.
Fronte mare, a 250 MT dalla piazza Regina Margherita. Casa accogliente, relax completo e il sig.Pino impagabile nella sua accoglienza. Grazie!
We spent 7 days in Marzamemi. Although the town is a bit more touristy then we understood the location of the apartment is perfect. 5 minutes from the village and ammeneties , beautiful ocean view and silent area at night. The apartment matched our expectations and was very clean and welcoming. Pino, the host, was very available, helpful and kind. He also gave us good local tips and indicated what to avoid and where to find the secret gems. Parking on the street is not an option but there is an organized parking area just 2 min from the apartment. Price per day is reasonable. Overall a great experience and we will certainly visit Sicily again even during other seasons.

We had a great time at this apartment , the location is amazing because of the wonderful views of the sea, which was the main highlight of this stay. The apartment felt spacious and airy and it’s near lots of lovely restaurants and cute shops all open until late in the evening. You can swim in crystal clear water off a mini beach right next to the apartment and other beautiful beaches are a 10 min drive away.
Awesome place! Perfect location and the apartment is nice and cosy, with an amazing view on the sea. Highly recommended for a genuine stay in Maezamemi!

Lichtdurchflutete traumhafte Tage direkt am Meer, so stellt man sich einen schönen Urlaub vor! Wirklich schöne helle Wohnung mit dem steten Blick auf‘s Wasser, einfach nur herrlich und erholsam! Wunderhübscher Dorfplatz und Hafen direkt um‘s Eck, hier kann man lecker essen und bei einem Gläschen den Sonnenuntergang genießen! Bäcker ist auch um‘s Eck, Gelati für Große und Kleine und auch einen Spielplatz am Meer gibt es in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wirklich nur zu empfehlen, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

The apartment had wonderful view of the sea and coastline and we appreciated the cool breeze coming off the sea. Also easy walking distance to town and shops. Very kind and helpful hosts, . Apartment was lovely and clean comfortable large beds and plenty of linen.

The flat is wonderful. It is so well located for getting into the centre of Marzamemi and the view from the living room and terrace is just incredible - such a magical place to stay.

Es war ein toller Urlaub in der Wohnung! Der Blick ist unschlagbar und auch sonst war alles wie beschrieben. Leider ist das Parken etwas schwierig, aber wenn einen 5 Minuten Fußweg nicht stören auch kein Problem. Gerne wieder! ☺️
Un soggiorno molto piacevole in un appartamento confortevole con una vista meravigliosa sul mare. A due passi dalla piazzetta centrale ma sufficientemente lontano dal trambusto della movida.
We loved the location and very much enjoyed our stay and found our host Pino very helpful Marzamemi is very cute and the location is great for beaches, nature reserves and day trips to Noto, Scicly, Ragusa and not far from Syracuse. The place was very clean with a great terrace and view - a perfect spot for relaxation.
